The Magic City’s very own rising star Amal Nemer joins Maxi Meraki, Helsloot, and Adam Nazar on “Our Future” Elegantly produced, “Our Future” explores the feelings of falling in love unexpectedly, while providing listeners with a bed of clever instrumentation and infectious groove.
Combining the best offerings of all producers involved, the piece marries afro percussion with melodic guitars, brass-like basslines, and day-party resembling atmospheres. Amal’s voice acts as a gluing element throughout the entire production, at times as shining vocals, and other times as clever textures, even serving as percussion accents.
